For the price we paid, we got great value at Bushi! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English skills were impressive. The location was convenient, with the train station nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at Hostel Bushi! The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including Netflix. The traditional bath was a unique experience that we absolutely loved. The staff were kind and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we would highly recommend this hostel for its great atmosphere and convenient location. we had a wonderful time at Bushi and would definitely stay again.

The showers were located on the ground floor, and the water didn't drain well. It would have been more convenient if the bathrooms were mixed and located on each floor.

Unique decor of historic Japanese generals in each guest room: It was like stepping into a museum! The attention to detail and craftsmanship of the decorations brought the history of Japan to life.

Itami Airport is a little far: Although the property is conveniently located near Kema Sakuranomiya Park and Mint Museum, it is a bit of a trek from the downtown area.

The guest rooms at Hostel Bushi were like stepping into a historical Japanese treasure trove! Each room had a unique decor featuring different historic Japanese generals. It was so cool to see the attention to detail and feel like we were transported to another time.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shared bathrooms. But hey, that's just me.

I recently stayed at Hostel Bushi for a few nights while exploring Osaka. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of Osaka castle. Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Cozy common area with kitchinette, free laundry, room for 8 ppl separated 4+4 with small table and chair in each half. Free Japanese barrel-bath, rooftop with bbq. 20 mins walk to Osaka Castle, Kyobashi train station with bars/restaurants nearby, big supermarket 3 mins. Lovely staff, free extras like slippers, robe, towels. Outdoor space to dry clothes, desk, luggage space. Nice clean dorm rooms, rooftop area for relaxation. Japanese bathing experience is a must. Private room close to station.
